Well, the answer seems pretty clear in that case, at least.

The status of the (banned) host is already booted. And the 10 player game has 11 slots. So, the game will start with the 10 players other than the host, as if the host was never a part of it.

Not immediately booted - you'd go through two rounds of waiting for the player to take their turn

This multi-boot has got me wondering: Are there different types of bans on WarGear?

Several of the banned accounts were instantly booted from all their games. However, many are still present, and will get booted only after the turn timer runs out twice.

Is there a difference in the type of ban that resulted in this?

You were right in most cases. But there are a few cases where someone other than host was banned and still not booted.

For example, in this one, the host was booted, but one other account was not

Probably due to the ban of nolan plays and his other accounts, there are presently some huge discrepancies between profile rankings and ranking histories.

a recalc might take the site to it's knees - it's already straining to stay stable (assume the influx of new players)

Any more bans Tom? I notice a few of my games have suddenly had deleted accounts.

This account was banned recently. Might be for inappropriate language
