As one of the recent members of the Board Revival Group, I started to wonder:
Instead of reviving just one board once a month, why not just go through the entire list of 300+ boards alphabetically and start each day of 2021 a tournament of a board.
I know I may very well run into problems after a few weeks, so let's start with January first and see how it goes. (*)
If I can, I will keep on going, but it would be fun if others can help out, as well.
I will apply a few restrictions to the tournaments I set up:
If you like to help out, let me know in reply to this.
(*) Unless my laptop dies, then I have a whole different set of problems ...
How about 3 day timers, and a moderate amount of fog?
>All tournaments will be the least fog possible.
I think you should play with the 'recommended' fog level.
Given the restrictions for least fog level possible and 7 day turns, it's pretty unlikely I will join any
I also seem to remember from the 3 times I've been a premium member that you can only create 3 or so tourneys at a time, and then you have to wait for one of them to finish before creating a new one. Am I wrong about that, or has that changed?
I concur with the others on the 3-day timer and recommended fog.
Don't know about the tournament creation limit Chele. Perhaps someone can chime in on that?
Recommended fog, and more 3-day timers.
And the whole idea will be not possible.
"[...] a player can only have two tournaments in the Open phase at the same time."
Oh well.
Thanks for those that pointed it out to me ...
I will keep on creating tournaments, and I will just go through the list from 1-Z..... :)

Sounds like a plan.
Please post the tourneys started here so we know what's next.
Couple clarifying questions, some of which are just community questions.
Is there a way to see tourneys you've already X'd from your open tournaments page? Possibly only getting invited?
Klaranth does it count if anyone started a tourney on the map? For example spillo started a Zombie States of America if that starts will count as done for this effort?
Basically Klaranth, I know you'll be working on 1-Z, but if a tourney has started on a board this year does that count and then you will skip?
Just want to know how I can best help you achieve this :)
I was going to copy off the live board list to a google sheet and post it here as editable.
So it could be checked off as tourneys created and actually started. Anything you'd like besides those three columns?
