I finally did it, accidentally hit Quit in a Review game (Fallout)...soooo I wouldn't mind seeing a confirmation for Quit, maybe even throw in Surrender/Vote to Terminate/Restart/Terminate, or perhaps just moving them/hiding them from being so close to the Launch Player button, maybe be able to expand those columns or something prior to being able to take one of those actions would be sufficient.

My fault though, and I'll be more careful, but I believe it's also happened more than once.
