Is it possible to add things to the board filter list to include features like fog, team games etc?
Great idea.

But the answer is no, at least not yet. I think more things like that for the Boards list is on tom's to do list, dunno of an eta though.
Agree with that as well.
Yes it's on the list, just not a high priority right now Newfie.
It is a great idea, but it should probably be implemented along with a rating system.. Sort by difficulty, fog, feature, popularity, etc.. But coming up with the best way to categorize boards by things like difficulty and/or "riskyness" has proven elusive. It's been talked about on other threads..

Why?
If I want to filter a game by feature, one of the those features might be fog , but another might be difficulty. It just seems a little redundant to me to have multiple filters in different areas of the site for finding boards like these. If someone wants to filter boards that are difficult, yet have no fog, I don't think they'd want do it on two pages and somehow have to cross-reference the results.
Good to know...Thanks Tom

I just don't see any reason why Tom should wait for us all to come to agreement on the concept of difficulty/'Riskiness'/whatever before making the existing board filter tool utilize features like fog and so forth.

You're right. It's not necessary.
I'd like to see the ability to specify a filter to exclude a list of boards, and keep that persistent for a given account.
Thoughts?

I think this is a bad idea ..except I want it for myself.
Actually, this is the kind of filter that perhaps only premium members should have. Maybe with a toggle to turn it on and off so on occasion you can include boards that you may have glossed over in the past.
Essentially an "Enemy Board List" :p to filter out open Public games and Tournaments with that board. Seems cool.

Agreed - there will be an option to hide boards from view.
Under your profile, where you can see that player's boards... is there any way to set it up like Board Rankings, where you can see a little bit about how often the board is played, and how highly rated it is?

How about something like 'filter boards I have rated less than N stars'.

Does that promote giving lower stars in Ratings? Seems like it could...not sure if those two concepts should be so closely related.

Agree with Yertle.

Seems like this might take up a bit too much space, it's already starting to get a bit unwieldy. I think the profile page needs a bit of a redesign actually. If anyone fancies putting together a mock-up image I'd appreciate the ideas!
