It appears that when you mouse hover on a territory in the designer, a tooltip appears with the territory coordinates. However, those coordinates are always appearing as (X,X) or (Y,Y) or (Z,Z) if you catch my drift. I believe it to be the horizontal axis value in both coordinates.

I have not tested this for in game or in the board pages.

The X,Y button works (where all territories show the X,Y), but the tooltip hasn't ever worked. I think it's been on tom's list for a while :)

X,Y info is only available in Board Designer.

This will be fixed in the new version of the Designer which will be released with the new Simultaneous updates.
