The Bonus Total column of the Info tab (and the main game page) seems incorrect because it doesn't take into account the Minimum Bonus... just noticed that perhaps this is only when Territory Bonus is Disabled. 

So in this Infection game the Total for me right now says 3 (or look at Toaster, it says 0), but really we obtain +5 more for the Minimum Bonus, although I'm a bit unsure what happens if we have a bonus of +5 (do we still get the +5, so +10?).

Yes, that is displaying incorrectly.

The minimum bonus value applies to the territory bonus only - the continent bonus is completely independent of this.

So if you have a +5 continent bonus then you should get an extra +5 for the territory bonus also.

This works fine on the board info page, but when I launch the player, the table underneath the flash player doesn't include the continent bonii.

I think I would vote to not have the table underneath the Flash unless it can be updated in real time, especially if you get rid of the Info tab in the Flash. I'm not gonna like having to Refresh the whole page, and therefore the Flash too, in order to get updated Info, I'd rather click to the Info tab and back.

That's way too demanding. I like it just the way it is (except fixed). The table underneath the Player just gives you a snapshot when you open the game. Making that update in real time is unnecessary.

I disagree, the Info table (or 11s Status script or the Stats page on WF) is just about the most useful tool when going on an elimination and making sure you are hitting the territories or taking out a bonus.  I use them quite often, 11s script is a quick refresh because it doesn't have to reload the Flash, and same with the Stats page (but it grabs the info when you go the the page).

I would prefer it update live. I would live with either. But I definitely like having it there.

Maybe just a small Refresh button like the Chat has would be sufficient (as long as it refreshes without refreshing the whole page).

Yes it's in the works Yertle - will be refreshable and toggleable. It won't be real time though.

Info tab, oh info tab. Where for art thou info tab???

The info tab has gone to be replaced by the info below the board image... this is to make it easier to see what's happening as all the relevant info (current state of the board + unit / bonus counts etc) is on one page. It also allowed me to drop the player panel from the board image which most designers didn't like.

Is this in the flash Player or in the Info box at the bottom? Either way, what's the gameid?
