i think there should be a option to convert lightning games to,let's say two day turn game if both partys agree.
thoughts?

It should be possible to play WG boards in real-time ..without the wait, regardless of how many are playing.+1

"Both" = "All" = +1
Only question I would have is do players play differently when Lightning compared to 2+ Days? Ie, 3 player lightning game, Player C is eliminated, is it "fair" for Players A/B to make the decision to convert the rest of the game to 2+ Days...probably not a big deal, but perhaps a small sticky situation.

This option is not a big deal neither, but would be nice in some situations.
I don't think players play differently. I find it usefull when the game is very close and take much more time that you was expecting. Then you really have to go. So you would get booted, even if you were about to win the game. If your opponent is fair, he might accept to convert the game with 2 day turns.
IMO, it's a very low priority on the to-do list.

I am thinking this will mostly come up during two player games, where it becomes an epic battle. I haven't had one of these yet, but...+1
