I believe I should have received 30 more vacation days as of 25 Dec 2011.

? You get 30 in the last 365 days, so they increment back up a year after they are used...or are you saying you used 30 days up until Dec 25 of 2010 so they should have popped back up on the 25th of 2011?

As Yertle says, vacations run on a 365 day cycle. You should have 1 vacation day available and will regain 5 days on 12 March.

Oh, ok. I didn't realize they were incremented like that. I was thinking they were allotted as a group on a 365-day cycle (i.e. 30 more days being available on 25 Dec 2011 since I started using vacation on 25 Dec 2010).
