Hi Tom,

My ranking went down about 40 points overnight for Wargear Warfare.  The ranking on my last in-game message in 1758, which was the same as was shown on the stats page, now it is 1715 on my stats page.  this is the ranking on my player stats page, not on the ranking history for the board which i know is often inaccurate.  Can you tell me what happened?

Also, I am not sure if I am remmbering this right, but I thought last night I showed more games played for WG warfare.

There was a stats re-index this morning - this is a rebuilding of all ranking scores from game 1. It's used to true-up the rankings which fixes occasional bugs like games being double counted for ranking scores.

I was thinking you would say that, but when that was done before my 'Player Stats' page ratings stayed the same and the 'My Ranking History' page for the board would change.

This seems like a large change to be from a re-calc, has this happened to others?

Is there any more info you can give me to explain what happened?   

 On the 'My Ranking History' page there are four games that are wins for me that are listed as 0 points.  Since the total on that page now matches my stat I am guessing that when these point are added back in my point total will go to where it should be?

I can list the games if you like, but if you go to that page they are highlit in red.

Seems like there may be a disparity between the My Ranking page and this page which shows the scores allocated correctly: http://www.wargear.net/players/info/SquintGnome/Ranking%20History

It seems like the global ranking does not have these games as 0.  Also, the global ranking showing on my stats page is well off from what is on the link.  My Stats show 1862 which is also what is on the Ranking List, on My Ranking history it is 1921 as shown in your link.

And tt still seems to me that my WG ranking is not correct, do you agree with that?

Oh..I think I know what you are saying now, you are saying that your link, the global history page, is calculated properly and the other pages should match it but dont.

Yes still working on this. Hopefully have it fixed today. Don't worry about not playing games.

I've fixed this on the back end - a ratings reindex will take place overnight which will update your rankings.

i got nine points back, which means I lost about 30 from the start, but there are not any zeros in the list, and everything looks ok so far, i will look more closely later, thanks for your hellp
