    i get this optional board link pull-down without a 'none' option. does that mean there's going to be a board link to whatever thread i start?

    I think (this is a feature that was not fully implemented) this was for discussions about board strategy so that you could see relevant threads from the Board About page.

    ..was?  Has it be scratched or is it just on a back burner.   I'm hoping it will happen at some point.

    It should be possible to play WG boards in real-time ..without the wait, regardless of how many are playing.
