It seems that I have played 6 rounds of the tourney but my games list shows 4. Quazimoto is double slotted in 2 rounds of the tournament which apparently leads to 2 of my losses. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

You don't necessarily have one game in each round with the 3 player Round Robin - however everyone has 7 games total.

The reason for your 2 extra losses is games R4G3 and R7G3 both of which you didn't join in time so you were booted.
