    Can someone take me through how to update a published board - how to publish a new rev.

    Start with.. Actions/Copy/New Version.  Make your revs to the new version in the Dev Boards column. Then Promote

    o, there used to be all sorts of lock and unlock setting for the board, it that gone now

    and when i promote, what is the effect on created but not started games, do they start at the created version or the most recent?

    When you publish it, the current games finish out, and any new game started on the board starts with your new publishing.

    Squint, as M57 noted, make sure the first thing you do is unlock the settings.  I can't tell you how many times I've made changes and then found they didn't take because I didn't do the settings first.

    What board is this?  The lock/unlock stuff is only if you have scenarios, but if this is http://www.wargear.net/boards/view/AA+World+Board with no scenarios, SG doesn't have to worry about locking/unlocking.
