I've noticed this a couple times now, when attacking a Capital (in 3s, not sure if same with Continuous) and the Capital gets down to 1 unit, the attack window disappears even though I have attacks left and it's not an Artillery border.  I can easily reselect the Capital and attack it again, just seems strange that the window leaves when it shouldn't.

Nice that it makes you double sure that you want to take a capital. Would be a big problem in limited attack games.

Didn't think about that, although I would rather see the attack window somehow display that it is a Capital rather than disappearing. 

It seems Continuous attack will do a complete attack until eliminated, which makes me want to double check if my original was really the system and not just me :P.
