This: http://www.wargear.net/tournaments/view/979 tournament seems to have stalled. 

There are no active games and many of the players who have surrendered do not have all their games accounted for.  There is also an odd occurrence with two players having .5 wins yet there is no record that I can see of them terminating their game against each other or any other way that I can think that they shared the win.
