    The games not over.  Livia got eliminated.  This is Cram's time zones map.  I thought the continents, etc. were supposed to work so that once someone got taken off the main map the factories would eliminate their timezone continents, but that seems to have failed.  Maybe Cram needs to take a look once the game is over and see what happened.

    Livia was able to end her turn without doing anything, so the game is able to continue for now.

    It does look like there could be a bug in the factory elimination code. I'm looking into it.
