Can someone tell me what the numbers in a colour circles in the maps means? I'm a beginner and i know what the +9 +6 +3 etc means but in the map I'm playing have a lot of numbers in a circles and I don't understand what they mean.

Those are the continent bonuses you receive from holding a particular region (marked by a color) at the start of your turn.  Different maps display them in different ways. 

To elaborate I'll use South America as an example.

For holding the light greenish aqua color to the east you receive +3
The darker blue color to the north gets you +3 as well
The three darker off-green territories in the south net you +2

Holding all three of these regions together (all of South America) means an extra +3 in addition to the sum of the other bonuses.

Sorry about the lack of clarity there JETY. As Minimal said, different maps display them differently and after a few games on a few boards it will probably be easier to see and recognize, but it may not be so clear to new players.
