Currently your factory bonus is the sum of all of the factory bonuses that you create. I think it would make more sense to make it the sum of all of the bonuses that you receive. And ditto for the total.
This would make a significant difference on the Anarchy board.
This is tricky. One difference is when the bonuses are assigned. i.e. factory bonuses created by someone else are given to you on their turn, not your turn.
Your suggested change is certainly an improvement, but I wonder if there is a better way to display factory bonuses, since they are getting complicated.

This is an interesting paradigm, and I can think of a few applications - including Anarchy style designs.
I think this could another choice/variation in the category of "Real Time Factories".
Optimally, these would all be chronologically based factory settings in the designer.. maybe you could add it to this page in the Wiki..
