Calling out for some help here - can anyone repeatedly demonstrate the bug where an in-game message has been sent but the envelope icon doesn't flash?

I can say this has been goiing on for a while, possibly from the 16th march bug.

I'm assuming that the problem you're referencing this as a different problem than the one where an in-game message is received, the icon shows up in the "My Games" list, but it doesn't go away even after you've read it? 

I can recreate that one, but I don't particularly know the problem you're talking about.

Yes, it's a different problem, also different from the one which makes you own messages blinking.

I get the blinking envelop when I have a message in my mailbox.  The one that shows me I have an in game message (from the my games list) has never blinked - I don't think...

mine's never blinked, but it does show up when a message is posted (as well as when i post and randomly when there's no post...assume this could be from if someone deletes a post?)

I get a message envelope in my games list for my own posts, and they are typically delayed for what seems like 5-10 minutes if not longer.  I.e., I don't see the message warning for at least until a few minutes after I have made a post. This is pretty consistent.

Sorry I should have been more accurate. These are the two possible faults (both affect the My Games list):

1. Red envelope icon not appearing after someone else has made a post
2. Red envelope icon appearing after you have made a post

If you can reproduce reliably then please let me know how!

Today, i got 2 messages that were showing right. True the envelope was not blinking, which is fine.

I'm not sure I've ever seen #1.  I see #2 often, but probably not every time and I don't know what is different when it happens vs it doesn't.

What I can reproduce 100% is #3: I see the envelope, I switch over to the existing tab containing the player for that game, and I click the blue "yin/yang" Refresh Messages button in the Send message dialog to see the new message(s).  This does not clear the envelope in My Games, I have to reload the whole player window or open a new game window just to get rid of it.

FWIW, #2 doesn't bother me much, #3 is much more annoying.  And if #3 were fixed, #2 would be even less of an issue for me.

From the event frame, I can see : Reggio-E sent a Team message in game 300: Rise of an Empire [R1G6], 17 Apr 16:29:10 & 16:29:23.  These 2 messages are new but the NEW yellow message doesn't show on the left column.  

In My Games, there is no envelope showing I have messages to read.

The envelope shows ok in the "My games" page, but not in the home page frame "your turn in these games"

Made me miss several messages as I often open the player from my home page.

Took pictures, if needed.

Thanks, I'm working on a different approach to fix this.

My screen shows "2 turns waiting" currently and I actually have no turns waiting.  How can I clear/fix this?  TIA
