The Civil War game is great. I really wish you could enable a two player option. If you would do that this game would be perfect. Any comments?

For sure.  2 player games should be good on that board too, especially with total fog.

Yeah, that would be great. If it happens, I'm open to a challenge, I hope I can put up a good fight. 

Also, how come by some boards, they limit how many players there can be, how come there isn't just a minimum of 2, and maybe no maximum?

It's up to the board designer to set. Some designers limit different player count based on the size of the board, specific scenarios or other reasons. You can always PM the board designer add request changes to settings or even to create a slightly different scenario on the same board with different rule settings. Glad to see you posting all over the forums :)

Yes, I decided to write Tom directly and request the adjustment for a two-player option shortly after starting this post. He made it happen. Thanks again Tom!
