Hi guys,

In this game http://www.wargear.net/games/view/401100 I can't fortify from USA Flight or USA Advanced Flight to USA Plane or USA Jet on the board. For some reason its only letting me fortify from those two to either USA Radars or USA Computer (don't have USA Internet yet so assume that's why it won't let me fortify to there).

I can still use the planes to move armies around on the board, just not from my Tech area.

Am I going mad here or is there a bug?

Its the way that second edition is designed.  You can no longer bring tech points out as board troops except for the very first time you take your plane or jet.  It's an attack only border and that is the way it's supposed to be in the second version, so, fret not as it's by design.
