Apparently, my scores got reset to the ones when i was around May of this year:

All my scores are wrong. My global score should be 2235 and it shows 1851. The monthly competition got reset also.

Yeah, I did notice something similar. Not that they're wrong, so much as a my correct rankings from awhile back.

Noticed my Ants score is similarly down. Is that now correct? ie was my score a few hundred points higher in error before the fix?

There was a period of nearly a week where the scores were omitting any games from May onwards so your score was your score in May.
Looking at your ranking score for Ants, you had a score of 1683 in May and a score of 1864 now so that doesn't seem to be the case.

Ok. Just confused as my Ants score was 2167 on 21st November, 2014 after I lost this game, http://www.wargear.net/games/view/400352 so just not sure where I've lost 300 points since then as my score is now 1864.
