Turning the Player Border Setting in the Board Designer to Off will turn the Border off in the Flash player until you access the Card, Board, History, or Info tab, then the Border will be drawn and stay even after going back to the Play tab.  This stays even if you Reload the player, a complete page Refresh is needed to remove the Border.

Very minor thing, so not a big deal if it is never resolved.
