    Not sure what happened in this game.
    I know I didn't place troops, but I'm in attack phase.
    Don't know if they placed automatically, or reinforcements just got negated...

    I believe this was also a game I was given a "skip" in during the outage.
    Did it revert back to this game state?? Or...?
