For the first one, I think that the history is just not showing what happened on Livia's turn...I think she took it since territory I owned at the end of my turn is now not visible to me and she owns places I can see that she didn't at the end of my turn.

yep.  You are right Mongo.  False alarm.  It looks wrong in the history, but if you look at the board itself, you can tell we took turns.  

Yes, it looks that way. Options are a recovery to the previous days backup or to leave it as is, I'm happy to go with whatever works best for you.
