I discovered it was my turn in a game this morning but I did not receive an email notification like normal. I did verify that my email notifications were turned on and I checked my email trash folder to make sure I didn't delete it without noticing.
I haven't seen anyone else report this yet so it might just be this one time, but with the site changes that just happened, it seems possible this could be a more systemic issue.
My turn came up on May 15 at 23:27:12 (US Eastern time).
I had the same problem, and I did mention it. The notifications were in my spam folder.

Thanks Camel, however I don't have any thing in my spam folder from Wargear so that is not the problem in this case.
My turn came up again and I still didn't get an email so it wasn't a one time glitch.
Hello: I, like others, am not receiving any notifications in my e-mail when it is my turn in a game. This problem started (for me) after the site was updated. Thank you in advance.
hmm thanks everyone, there does seem to be more of a problem with some mail not being delivered which I'm looking into.
Should be better now, could you let me know if you start receiving emails?
Just won a team tournament game but did NOT get email notifying me of it.
I've just made a further change... should hopefully resolve it for everyone!
Yep, the missing email notifications all just arrived. Thanks!
I'm still not getting any. Had 3 turns come up this morning and no mails. In fact, nobody here where I work is getting any mails from Wargear.
I verified my account settings are configured to send email notifications. Not sure what's going on here.
Perhaps your work is blocking them :) But War Gear may be having an issue I have some friends trying to join and they have not got an activation email the signed up yesterday afternoon
Definitely worth checking spam filters at work if that's possible - they are definitely being sent / received by people now so it's down to the reputation of the new server IP which will slowly improve as emails are marked as 'not spam'.
Well, now I'm getting notifications again as of yesterday. I checked all my email settings, added [email protected] as a contact and got nothing. But this week, it just started working.
Thanks for the update James - It may take longer for others unfortunately - all the mail gateways accept or reject inbound email based on the reputation of the server's IP address which takes a while to build up.
