Recently i've been noting a little issue. I was exploring a bit of some tournaments, until i spotted something weird.
The turn timer broke off. its supposed to be a 7 day one, but games showed there 10 and 20 days. something's not right there.
I also experienced it on a RealTime game. i completely forgot the game, but i noticed that after 12 minutes and counting, i didnt get skipped.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I haven't had any issues, but I don't play real time games or 7 day games
I'd like to look at this tournament. Could you link to it? Or give me the tournament number?

The day timer is pretty useless in that one. Note that the turn timer symbol (here, the 7 day timer symbol) is much lighter than usual.
The Boot type has been set to off for that tournament.
i.e. no one will ever get skipped/booted
I just noticed its a prÃvate tournament. I don't have proof for the realtime one, but i do have a witness (opponent Charlesdale). Timer went to 12 mins during such public game but didnt get skipped.
Heres the link of such game: http://www.wargear.net/games/view/655327
Real time timers are often off. I've noticed it going to 11 or 12 minutes many times.
Many times in absolute numbers. In relative numbers, very rarely.
Boot set to off is not recommended.....
I don't play that much real time so I haven't noticed the 10 minutes not quite functioning.

Thanks for clarifying. i thought it was quite odd, because out of the 400-500 RT games i played, only once (that time) my timer did not skip out.
