I'm in a relatively large game and was already elminated by the time that the people still playing started discussing the possibility that they would terminate. Game still shows up in my "active" games (so I go look at it when someone writes a message), and when I look at the game, I'm prompted to "vote to terminate" at the top of the page. Clicking on it does nothing though, since I've been eliminated and therefore don't participate in the voting. Under the Terminate Game area, it shows n/a

Proposed fix: Query whether the user who is viewing the game is allowed to vote to terminate, and if not, then don't display the red bar at the top of the screen.
