In the Live view, would it be possible to add some type of indicator or highlighting for games that you have been eliminated in?  I know in most games your color will be X'd out, but if the game's fogged and you've been eliminated there's no real indicator that you have been.

Good spot - I've updated the game list code to show an x for elimination when it's you that's been eliminated in a Live game.
