In this game the history seems to have gotten messed up somehow, it's not really matching the game much at all:

I've refreshed the page, closed the browser, etc.

I've been looking at this a little more, and it seems like each player is doubled somehow. When I opened the player once each player was listed twice.

Any progression on this? My turn timer is getting close to running out again.

I got skipped waiting for the history to be fixed, is there any chance the turn could be moved back? If the decision is history just won't work I can take my turn without it, but it'd be a bummer to lose the game due to this. Thanks.

Sorry bengal, I've reverted the game to your turn. Am working on this now.

Should be fine now - the problem was due to the Player who was booted before the game started, the history viewer did not like assigning a capital to a Neutral player.

Sorry to be a thorn in your side, but the problem still doesn't seem to be fixed. Everything's still very messed up in the history.

And, if this isn't going to get fixed in the next 12 hours or so could the turn timer get reset so I don't get skipped? Thanks!

The game timer has been suspended. It looks like something horrible happened to the history log due to issues with tournaments when the game was created. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to recover it - I suggest either restarting the game or working without history for this one. Sorry that's not a great result either way.
