We need a text box for user to leave comments on friend or enemy, eg, I put soandso as an enemy, 3 months later I cant remember why. Should be able to put in text. Whe I click on them only I can see what I posted, they cant see, others cant, just me. Like ummm.. "Quits and lets himself get booted everytine he is losing" Or whatever. Or friend "Great team player" etc.
+1 Although I'd say it shouldn't have to just be on a Friend or Enemy, can be available for any player you want to Note.

Perhaps this should be on the front page of their profile then?

That's the way I took it.
It would kind of be cool for non Friends/Enemies (or maybe them to) that you have a Note on to be indicated somehow at the Join page of Games/Tournaments and then in Games/Tournaments. Dunno if different colored name or something would work, or an * or something...hmmm.
WF had this, but the Note was just plastered there in a text box (that looked junky) under the players names or something.

..with the option of putting a mustache on their avatar.
should also have the option of creating a public game but being able to block enemies from joining if you so wish.

How would that work? ..would they not see the game?

Enemies can't join if they have a Standard account. If they have a Premium account then they can still join.
I don't think you should be able to block people from joining your games if they are Premium (more of a perk of Premium than of the player setting the Enemy IMO). Otherwise there are definitely some Friends that I would set as Enemies because they are my Achilles's heal (not really but hopefully you get the point).
