Any reason to not be able to see Teammate's Cards?  I suggest that info be granted, or create a Rule "View Teammates Cards" (less favorable IMO...I think). 

Also I'm still curious about the removed Transfer Cards rule that wasn't ever available in the board designer.

I can see my teammate's cards.

Yes you should be able to in both the Player and the player info bar on the game view page.

The transfer cards thing I never implemented, it may get in at some point!
