And I also don't believe in the strategy of attacking 3 v 3 for the opening moves...I've seen a number of ppl try that and it only works like 5% of the time.

Basic advice for that type of map is to take territories while not leaving any openings for me (territories with only 1 army in them). That way it's harder for me to advance and/or get cards.
